heic-to 1.6.6
  License: GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later (LGPL-3.0-or-later)
  Bundles libheif and libde265 (both LGPL-3.0), compiled to WebAssembly.

  Used, unmodified, to read iPhone (HEIC) photos when staff download trainee
  documents as PDF. It is served as its own separate file, loaded only when a
  HEIC image is present, and can be replaced with a compatible version.
